Production Supervisor
Job Summary
Supervise and lead a team of production workers, ensuring that production, quality and scrap targets are met, while adhering to and enforcing all safety protocols and company policies and procedures.
General Requirements
- Degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Food Science, Chemistry, Management, Engineering or related field would be an asset.
- Certificate in Supervisory Management or previous experience at a supervisory level.
- Five (5) O' level qualifications inclusive of Mathematics and English Language.
- Related Certification pertaining to the manufacturing industry.
- Five (5) years' experience in the Manufacturing industry with a minimum of two (2) years at the supervisory level.
- Any relevant combination of experience and training will be considered.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Supervisory management
- Good Manufacturing Practices or experience working in a Food manufacturing facility.
- Coaching and Listening
- Effective communication
- Process Improvement and Problem Solving
- Food production supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Production and Inventory Management Software (Microsoft AX would be an asset)
Warehouse Supervisor
Job Summary
Supervises all daily operations, including personnel, logistics, and inventory within the warehouse, in accordance with Company policies and safety regulations.
Key deliverables
- Ensure the application of quality, safety, sanitation, storage and security standards, practices and procedures for the warehouse.
- Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock counts on all items in the raw materials
- warehouse, investigate variances and prepare required reports.
- Ensure that all transactions are supported by required documentation.
- Ensure that stock is rotated in accordance with established procedures
- Ensure that team members follow General Manufacturing Practices.
General Requirements
- Diploma in Inventory and Warehouse Management
- An equivalent combination of Inventory Management experience or related training
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory role
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of warehousing fundamentals, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft AX Dynamics system would be considered an asset
- Ability to lead, support and provide training/coaching to direct reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time-management, planning and organizational skills.
Stores Clerk
Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory movements within the warehouse by verifying incoming and outgoing products, performing physical counts, and ensuring proper storage of goods.
General Requirement
- At least 5 CSEC passes
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role or warehousing environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Numerical skills: Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Physical ability: Lifting and moving boxes or other inventory items.
- Communication skills: Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Knowledge of warehousing and stores inventory management would be an asset.
Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
To maintain the Company’s mechanical and electrical plant and equipment in accordance with established standards, specifications and procedures.
General Requirements
- MET, EEET or MIC Technician’s Diploma or higher
- Two (2) years working experience in a maintenance environment in a manufacturing industry will be an asset
