At Bermudez Biscuit Company Limited, we strive to deliver wholesome food-safe, quality products that meet and/or exceed our customers’ expectations. We pride ourselves in having robust Quality Management and Food Safety Management Systems and practices, that ensure adherence to defined standards which allow us to address the needs of all our stakeholders.

Management’s goal is to involve every employee in the continuous improvement of our Quality Management and Food Safety Management systems by setting annual objectives, monitoring and evaluating results that can help achieve the organization’s Quality and Food Safety Objectives.

The company is committed to:

  • Driving total customer satisfaction by ensuring that our facility, processes and products consistently conform to our Quality and Food Safety standards, all applicable regulatory, statutory requirements and agreed customer requirements related to food safety.

  • Ensuring that our products are manufactured using the food ingredients from reputable, approved suppliers to assure Quality and Food Safety.

  • Sustaining all Quality and Food Safety commitments by regularly reviewing performance results, program health status and by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
